Daniel Firth is the bassist for the notorious British extreme metal institution, Cradle of Filth. Having joined in 2012 for the recording of their tenth studio album, ‘The Manticore and Other Horrors’, he soon became a permanent fixture in the band, accompanying them on all of their subsequent tours across the globe. He has also contributed as a writer to all of the bands studio works from 2015’s ‘Hammer of the Witches’ onwards.
The first time I tried Fishman Fluence pickups for bass, I knew right away they were going to become a part of my sound. The fullness of tone and definition were the perfect complement to my playing style, and I would ultimately select them to use in my own signature bass, which is my main instrument for all touring and studio work. I’m happy to say, my tone has never been better!
