Here Comes The Kraken is a Mexican metal band from Aguascalientes, formed in 2008 by Tore González (Guitar), Deivis González (Drums), Jose Manuel “Tts” (Vocals), David Alfredo “Freddy” (Bass), and Fer Castro (Guitar). With a solid trajectory and a bold approach from the beginning, HCTK became one of the first Mexican bands of the genre to tour throughout the country, building a fanbase in a style that was just starting to resonate in Mexico. Over time, they have expanded their impact internationally with tours across Mexico, Europe, the United States, South America, and Japan. Their discography includes five releases: Here Comes the Kraken, Hate, Greed and Death, The Omen, Here Comes the Kraken (Reissue), and H.C.T.K. They recently released a series of singles — “King Of Sorrow,” “Downder,” “Freaks,” and “Arranque” — showcasing the band’s versatility, leading up to the powerful AMEN I: Genesis and AMEN II: Apocalipsis, a prelude to their upcoming project AMEN, where they display a musical maturity that fuses brutality, introspection, and emotional evolution. Throughout more than a decade, they have stayed true to their purpose and sonic essence.
